Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly requests 24 hours notice for all bookings to avoid charges being applied to your cancelled treatment, including gift card bookings. Cancellation within 24hrs of the appointment will incur a 50% appointment fee. No Show Appointments or late cancellations (within an hour of the scheduled appointment) incur a 75% appointment fee.
